Glenn and the staff at Bowra and O'Dea Midland were excellent to deal with. We chose the Premium Single Funeral Service at Bowra and O'Dea's chapel for my mother's funeral. A lot of people told me that it was one of the nicest services they'd ever been to. We never felt rushed - we had time to set everything up beforehand, a service that went for a little over an hour, and then tea and coffee afterwards; live streaming was included; the tech all worked perfectly; and the chapel is a lovely space. They went over and above - my uncle had left at home the rose he meant to place on my mother's coffin, but as he went up to the coffin for the reflection, a staff member handed him a rose...they'd rushed out into the garden and picked the last rose to give him.

We had my fathers funeral at Bowra & O’Dea. The staff were so kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly on the day and we felt like we had all the assistance we required to make the day perfect for Dad. He would have been so proud of the service. Thanks to all the staff and Glenn and Shane in particular.

They made a mockery of my grandmothers funeral. Played the wrong music despite our request. Sound was so horrible that none of the guests could hear the eulogy and the video we prepared had an odd delay with the music. There is no soundproofing so all you can hear is traffic, trucks and motorbikes on the highway the entire funeral. If you have any respect for the deceased then you won't book this absolute waste of space of a venue. Absolutely disgusting!

All i can say is thank you. The loss of my father has been crippling to my entire family. Bowra and O'Dea were extremely professional and compassionate throughput the entire funeral process. From planning to conduct, organising photographs and music, the celebrant (Andrew) who was amazing, the driver, the lovely woman who hand picked rosmary at the last moment when we forgot to bring some from our garden, everything was done to make dad's funeral an occassion fitting for a man of his stature. We recently held the funeral service for my late Mother with Bowra and O'Dea, Midland (Bellevue) because we had a very good experience previously for my Father's funeral. Thank you to all the very dedicated team. Everything was very professional and most importantly, very caring, helpful and friendly. The whole experience has been a very pleasant one.The location is excellent and so are the facilities.

We cannot thank Glenn and his team enough for the support, kindness and compassion they have shown to our family. He made a difficult time so much easier to get through, he is so professional but knows how to lighten the mood when things get tough. We have had 4 funerals in 5 years with Glenn and would never consider going anywhere else. Amazing team. Thank you so very much
