You helped us achieve the beautiful tribute we wanted for a very much loved friend and father. Your kindness, patience and professionalism was very much appreciated.

This is a long overdue and heartfelt thankyou to Karen who arranged my father's funeral in August. The process was efficient and Karen's kindness and understanding helped ease us through a difficult time. On behalf of myself and my family, I would like thank Bowra & O’dea Funeral Directors for helping make my mother’s funeral a true celebration of her life.A special thanks to Urszula for arranging the funeral. Her kindness, sensitivity and professionalism was so very much appreciated.She kept all the family assured and relaxed throughout the entire process and made sure that we understood everything that was involved and was more than willing to answer all of our questions in great detail. Never once did we feel pressured during the arrangement and nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble for her. Her attention to detail was quite extraordinary. She also kept us constantly updated and informed in the days leading up to the funeral and made sure that we were all doing ok. Amazing service. Thanks again Urszula.A big thank you also to Stefanie for your kindness, support and comfort, shown to all of our family, at the viewing. We were very happy with our mother’s funeral at Bowra & Odea Westminster. And I’m sure my mother would have been happy too. Everything was done tastefully, all went smoothly and the staff were wonderful.

On behalf of my family I’d like to give my warm heartfelt thanks to the Bowra & Odea team for their outstanding and heartwarming service they held for my dad.It was beyond anything we hoped his funeral would be. We also could not have wished for a better group to lead the service as the team that did expressed nothing but genuine feelings of love, kindness and compassion to me and my dad’s closest friends and family.Despite this happening at an incredibly sad and unexpected time and on top of this, being faced with the pandemic restrictions allowing a maximum of 20 people, the team here made sure that we didn’t feel alone despite me being the only member of my family there. It truly felt like they were a part of our family that day. Thank you for taking care of my dad and making this experience much more bearable for me and my family.I hope I’ll never have to experience something like this again but if I ever do, I’ll be sure to reach out to Urszula and the Bowra & Odea team. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. Lovely service and lovely people.

I would like to thank Bowra & O'Dea sincerely.Karen was easy to talk to, kind, very understanding and listened to everything we wanted... even taking time to play different songs for me to choose.The day of the funeral went in a blur, but it was exactly the tribute we wanted.The staff were very attentive and professional. Wonderful service and staff. The second time our family has engaged Urzula and her team. The staff were very courteous and the vehicles and PA/ seating perfect. Thankyou for helping our family through this difficult time.

I'm really disappointed. I had to arrange my daughter's funeral, something no one should have to do, I thought because they are dealing with people who have lost a loved one, that there would be compassion and empathy, no, there was none, very cold and unfeeling, it's so obviously just about money, even the flowers were wrong. A lot of people who attended the funeral commented on the staff being very cold, the only good thing was the celebrant.

Just today we bid farewell to my beloved Mom. I would like to sincerely thank Urszula and the entire team at Leanne O'Dea, Westminister for the love, care and professionalism provided to us through out the entire journey! Urszula and her team were simply outstanding with every aspect of my Mom's burial. We had 48 hours in which organise the event, which including arranging to fly over my two sons to Perth, which Urszula assisted with also. A BIG THANK YOU, have no words!
